Activity Rules
Delegation Threshold: A group can be formed with a minimum of 5 people, with 1 designated contact person per group.
Eligible Participants: Group members must meet at least one of the following criteria: holders of non-Mainland China IDs, or professionals working in the medical device industry outside Mainland China.
Registration Period: April 1, 2026 – August 30, 2026
Group Benefits
5 or More People: Every attendee gets an exquisite gift valued at RMB 50.
15 or More People: In addition to the above benefits, each group can apply for one centralized airport pickup shuttle service and one centralized airport drop-off service. The 2 trips do not need to be on the same day.
How to Claim
Exquisite Gift:
Time: September 1–2, 2026, 10:00–16:00; September 3, 2026, 10:00–12:00
Location: 2026 Medtec Exhibition Site
*Gifts can only be picked up in person by each group member; collection via a representative is prohibited.
Transportation Service:
All service applications and revisions shall be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
