Background:

Currently, China’s medical device industry is undergoing a profound transformation from scale expansion to high-quality development. With the thorough implementation of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices and its supporting regulations, regulatory authorities have imposed stricter requirements for the quality management throughout the entire lifecycle of medical devices. Simultaneously, amid evolving global healthcare demands and rapid technological advancements, the medical device manufacturing industry is progressing towards core directions of intelligence, sustainability, and precision.

To address the dual challenges of regulatory upgrades and technological revolution, and to overcome the bottlenecks of traditional production models, this “Medical Device Full-Process Manufacturing Technology Conference” will focus on five key process areas: advanced bonding and welding technologies for product “assembly,” innovative packaging and sterilization solutions to ensure product “safety,” precision machining equipment and technologies to shape product “skeletons,” plastic molding techniques to craft product “forms,” and the automation of medical device production and smart factory construction in the digital intelligence era to enhance full-process efficiency. The event will comprehensively cover critical aspects of medical device manufacturing, underscoring process adaptability, compliance, and innovation to aid the industry in addressing manufacturing challenges.

Participants:

  • Medical device product manufacturers: R&D, design, production, quality, process validation, supplier management departments, and project/enterprise leaders.
  • Relevant technology and solution providers, as well as related industry chain companies and institutions
  • Design service providers from sectors such as industrial design, design consulting, etc.
