Pharmaceutical Filling: vipura-PUMP 10T
The vipura-PUMP 10T is a dosing and filling pump developed by ViscoTec specifically for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The pump body is made of stainless steel and uses FDA-compliant elastomers. All wetted components are autoclavable, and an optional CIP (Clean-in-Place) connection is available, strictly following hygienic design guidelines.
Compared to pumps with the same dosing capacity, the vipura-PUMP 10T is over 25% shorter and more than 60% lighter, with a height of under 600 mm. Its compact design enables easy integration into existing production lines. The special dosing geometry ensures precise filling results and short cycle times. Even when handling fluids containing solids up to 20 mm in diameter, or abrasive and shear-sensitive materials, the pump maintains a long service life.

The eco-PEN XS 180 is a microdispenser developed under ViscoTec’s preeflow brand, designed specifically for the lowest boundary ranges in dosing quantities. It achieves microdosing as low as 0.25 µl, making it one of the most precise volumetric microdispensers available worldwide.
Weighing only approximately 175 g, the eco-PEN XS 180 supports multi-unit parallel arrangement at 25 mm grid spacing, making it ideal for high-density automated production lines. Based on progressive cavity technology, it can dose fluids with solid fillers at extremely low shear force, effectively preventing material separation or filler particle destruction. Bead widths starting from 0.1 mm can be precisely dosed, meeting the high-precision requirements of solder paste application, conductive adhesive dispensing, and underfill processes in medical device manufacturing.

The vipro-DUO is ViscoTec’s new-generation 2-component dosing pump, combining the innovative technology of the vipro-PUMP with the established ViscoDUO to deliver a modular dosing solution for 2-component fluids.
The vipro-DUO supports mixing ratios from 1:1 to 100:1, with a minimum dosing volume as low as 0.02 ml and volume flow ranging from 0 to 1,300 ml/min. The double side outlet ensures reliable ventilation at the mixing block, while the side-mounted valve enables high-precision calibration under dosing pressure. The modular mounting plate allows direct integration with robotic arms, meeting the demands of automated production lines.
In dental applications, precise mixing and dosing of 2-component materials such as silicone impression materials and dental composite resins is critical to the manufacturing process.
