1. Nitinol Materials
Peiertech provides medical nitinol wires compliant with ASTM F2063, nitinol tubes compliant with ASTM F2633, and nitinol cables (ropes). Nitinol wires are available in multiple surface conditions including oxidized (black,brown,blue), cleaned, and bright (pickled). Custom cross-sections such as round, square, and rectangular are supported. Phase transformation temperatures can be custom-specified within the range of -40°C to 85°C. Wire diameters range from 0.013 mm to 6.0 mm, with tolerance control far exceeding standard requirements. Nitinol tube outer diameters range from 0.2 mm to 10.0 mm. Additionally, flat wires, nitinol cables, platinum-core radiopaque wires, GDP nitinol wires, actuation wires and other specialty materials can be customized. Nitinol wires are widely used in the medical field, covering products such as cardiovascular interventional guidewires, microcatheters, flow diverters, covered stents (stent-grafts), electrophysiology catheters, baskets, endodontic files, orthodontic archwires, orthopedic anchors, and more.
2. Precision Component Processing
In the field of component processing, the company is equipped with comprehensive process capabilities including laser cutting (applicable to stainless steel, cobalt-chrome, titanium alloys, and various other metal materials), laser welding (supporting both similar and dissimilar metal welding), nitinol heat treatment/shape setting, braiding, surface treatment (sandblasting, etching, polishing, passivation, electroplating, etc.), as well as guidewire processing and basket fabrication. The working model of direct engagement between project engineers and customers enables seamless transition from rapid prototyping to mass production.
3. Device Assembly
The company is equipped with Class 10K (ISO 7) and Class 100K (ISO 8) cleanrooms and possesses extensive mass-production assembly experience. Assembly processes encompass stamping, heat-shrinking, welding, adhesive bonding, suturing, coating, and others. Current mass-produced products include stone retrieval baskets, occlusion baskets, various medical guidewires, snares, covered stents, and more, providing customers with one-stop delivery assurance from materials to finished products.
Since 2004, the company has maintained BSI ISO 13485 quality management system certification and can support audits by regulatory authorities including FDA, CE, and NMPA.
