1. Custom Ultra-Fine Process: We have mature manufacturing technology for custom 0.01 mm medical stainless steel wire, breaking the industry processing barriers of ultra-fine metal wires. This product is mainly applied to customized R&D scenarios of ultra-miniature sensors, minimally invasive implant electrodes and high-precision micro medical devices.2. Core In-Stock Product: 0.02 mm medical stainless steel wire is available for regular stable supply. Featuring controllable dimensional tolerance, smooth burr-free surface and uniform mechanical properties, it is widely used in the mass production of high-end minimally invasive devices such as micro guidewire cores, miniature medical springs and precision puncture consumables.

2. Medical-Grade PTFE Surface Modification Coating Technology for Clinical Interventional Safety Compliance

Our self-developed low-friction medical PTFE coating solves four key clinical pain points of interventional devices: high pushing resistance during clinical procedures, coating performance degradation after repeated sterilization, electrostatic interference on precision testing equipment, and poor luminal trackability in human tissues. This coating is fully compatible with all in-house produced medical substrates, including 304V, 316L, 316LVM and stress-free precision straightened wires.The coating delivers stable performance over a wide temperature range: long-term service temperature from -200℃ to 260℃, and short-term heat resistance up to 300℃. Wires treated with this coating have a drastically reduced friction coefficient, which effectively improves the navigation smoothness of microcatheters and interventional guidewires in human lumens, while maintaining stable and long-term anti-static performance.

2. Stress-Free Precision Straight Wire: Adopting our exclusive stress-relief straightening process, this wire features excellent straightness accuracy and no deformation after secondary forming. 4. 316L/316LVM Implant-Grade Stainless Steel Wire: Compliant with material specifications for long-term human implantation, this material resists bodily fluid corrosion and releases no harmful metal ions, applicable for cardiovascular stents and orthopedic internal fixation implants.

5. Ultra-Fine Beryllium Copper Alloy Wire (0.006mm): Custom-developed for high-conductivity and high-elasticity scenarios including minimally invasive detection and precision medical sensing, this product fills the market gap of high-performance ultra-fine specialty elastic medical wires.6. Custom Specialty Alloy Wires: We supply a full range of customizable alloy wires, including austenitic steel, martensitic steel, duplex steel, spring steel, nickel-based alloy and cobalt-based alloy.
