We operate a 3,000㎡ production campus with an in-house 400㎡ GMP-compliant Class 100K dust-free molding workshop. Our team of 70+ professionals holds ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System Certification (valid through 2028).

Equipped with 12 imported precision units (Makino V33i/F3, Mori Seiki, Charmilles wire-cut EDM), maintaining core machining accuracy at ±0.003mm.
▸ Scientific Molding Floor
20 high-speed injection machines (30T–800T) featuring Japanese and European brands including Fanuc, Toyo, Demag, Nissei, Sodick, and Arburg.
An additional 4 dedicated cleanroom presses handle medical-grade non-contaminated production.
▸ Metrology & QC
Mitutoyo CMM (1.7μm accuracy), vision measuring systems, and height gauges ensuring closed-loop dimensional verification.
4. Process Edge: Zero Manual Fitting
Since 2023, we have eliminated traditional hand-scraping and manual mold matching. Every component undergoes 100% incoming inspection with micron-level tolerancing, allowing for direct assembly upon delivery. This guarantees absolute drawing-to-part consistency and full batch traceability—a structural advantage for regulated industries.
