Conference Background:

• The research and development of materials and products in China is lagged behind, and major breakthroughs need to be made in key components and materials in China to realize the Medical Equipment Industry Development Plan (2021-2025) and solve the stranglehold problem in the development of medical devices.
• For implantable interventional devices, we shall promote the application of advanced materials, 3D printing and other technologies to improve the biocompatibility and mechanical performance of vascular stents, orthopedic implants, oral implants and other products. To improve the performance of coronary drug-eluting stents and other vascular interventional materials, and promote the upgrading and updating of various esophageal, biliary and tracheal stents. To develop bioactive composite materials, new artificial blood vessels, artificial tendons, artificial nerves, biomimetic skin tissues and so on.
