Background: With the global aging population and the rising prevalence of chronic wounds, the limitations of traditional dressings—such as inadequate antibacterial properties, slow healing efficiency, and lack of intelligent responsiveness—have become increasingly evident. This has spurred the rapid advancement of next-generation medical dressings toward functionalization, precision, and intelligence. In recent years, significant breakthroughs have been achieved in innovative dressing technologies, particularly in intelligent responsive materials, nanotechnology, and bioactive molecule delivery systems. However, challenges remain in technological transformation, including insufficient material stability, lengthy clinical validation processes, and difficulties in cost management. This forum will focus on the latest advancements in new dressing development, exploring innovations in R&D, clinical translation, and standardization pathways. It aims to foster collaboration and communication between finished dressing manufacturers and upstream suppliers. Participants:
