2. Self-owned Full Production Lines with High-standard Cleanroom Facilities
Our self-owned factory spans 25,000 ㎡, equipped with a Class 100,000 clean injection workshop and Class 10,000 biological laboratory.
We operate more than 30 high-end processing machines imported from Germany, Switzerland and Japan, achieving mold precision up to 5μm. We specialize in complex medical molds for ultra-thin micro-holes, high-transparency optical parts, high-temperature PEEK components, unscrewing structures and multi-cavity designs.
Our in-house complete testing suite includes particle testers, bacteria collectors and Hexagon CMM coordinate measuring machines. All compliance tests for surface bioburden and particle count are finished internally without outsourcing.
