1.UHMWPE liner

LINSTANT’s newly launched UHMWPE liner is completely PFAS-free, proactively helping clients avoid regulatory restrictions on fluorinated substances enforced by the EU and other global regions. Featuring an ultra-low coefficient of friction, it delivers smooth performance comparable to PTFE, ensuring consistent and fluent catheter pushability during clinical operations. Boasting exceptional wear resistance with minimal particle shedding, the liner achieves superior long-term device reliability.

In addition, the material supports easy surface modification and forms robust, stable bonding with outer catheter layers. Manufactured via advanced continuous ultra-thin wall extrusion technology, the liner can achieve a wall thickness below 0.01 mm, with an inner diameter coverage ranging from 0.5 mm to 13 mm. It enables ultra-thin wall design even for large-size catheters, facilitating smaller outer diameters and maximized lumen space for medical devices, and effectively strengthening clients’ core product competitiveness in the global market.

2.PI(Transparent)

LINSTANT transparent polyimide (PI) integrates high transparency, ultra-thin wall structure and outstanding mechanical strength, making it an ideal material solution for high-end devices in neurointervention, cardiovascular intervention, electrophysiology and other precision medical fields. The clear and transparent tube wall enables real-time visual observation during surgical procedures. Featuring an ultra-thin wall thickness of less than 0.01 mm and an inner diameter range from 0.1 mm to 5.0 mm, it supports minimized outer diameter and maximized lumen volume for catheters. Equipped with excellent pushability and torque transmission performance, the tubing is fully adaptable to complex interventional procedures. Complying with global regulatory standards including REACH and EU MDR, and compatible with multiple sterilization methods, our transparent PI tubing provides a one-stop solution to meet both performance and compliance requirements for premium interventional device design.

3.Negative Pressure Access Sheath

Specially designed for urological endoscopic examination and surgical procedures, the disposable ureteral negative pressure access sheath and accessories can establish stable instrument access channels and connect with negative pressure devices for efficient drainage and suction. Featuring precise positioning capability, the sheath is coated with hydrophilic coating to effectively reduce visceral tissue damage during operation. With versatile adaptability, its innovative structural design meets a wide range of clinical application requirements. Standard specifications cover 8–14 Fr, and customized sizes are available to fit diverse surgical procedures and actual clinical needs.
